Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Admin, Customer Care, Human Resource
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure company has all government approval, license, certificate, registration relevant to our core E-commerce business and for our other brands & sister concerns too
∎ Keep record of all documents relevant to Income tax & VAT
∎ Cash flow, fund flow & fund management. Manage all financial audits.
∎ Manage recruitment and on-boarding new employee
∎ Manage colleagues leave, salary and other benefits as per law.
∎ Managing office locations and handling office requirements, purchase and resource deployment
∎ Overseeing infrastructure management such as Insider Threat Detection, Service Outage (Power or Internet), Electrical and IPS Maintenance, Housekeeping, Facilities and Space Planning plus maintenance of the premises
∎ Ensure a healthy workplace and safe environment.
∎ Access Control & Time Attendance System
∎ Work in collaboration with Marketing team for customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Regular communication with customers for after sales service, customer survey and update customer data.
∎ Support customers to learn how to buy from Eazybest and brief them about Eazybest University
∎ Receive all calls from customers, record their requests and pass to relevant functions to get back to customers and record them to follow up with relevant functions for closure.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in English/ Literature or BBA major in Marketing/HRM from any reputed Public/Private University.
∎ 1-2 years experience in Admin/HR/Customer Care/ Customer Support role
∎ Should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be confident in communication with customers
∎ Must have patience to listen to customer feedbacks
∎ Knowledge about Bangladesh & global e-commerce sector
∎ Office hours 10 AM to 7 PM
∎ Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka
∎ Should be highly innovative, motivated, energetic and committed
∎ Should have good understanding of company’s values and goals.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be negotiable for the candidates with excellent academic and experience record.
