Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively update to Business Development Manager on the progress of vendor & category performance
∎ Weekly review of category performance in terms of sales value, volume, stock & profit.
∎ Weekly vendor analysis and gap review and create a clear on-boarding plan for new and deactivation plan for exit vendors
∎ Ensure vendor sourcing in line with business plan and brand strategy
∎ Proactive communication with existing vendors for new product opportunity
∎ Negotiate best terms and conditions, favorable vendor payment and seller price
∎ Receive updated product and stock list and ensure website is updated following Content & Audit WOW
∎ Generate and share weekly category and vendor performance report across the business
∎ Support BDM and Marketing team to get latest Market update and share idea how Eazybest's should react on this.
∎ Ensure strong collaboration with vendors and marketing team to generate excellent joint promotion plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS word, Power Point and E-mail.
∎ Strong knowledge of e-commerce sites
∎ Strong market knowledge of e-commerce sectors at local, regional and global level
∎ Office time 10am to 7pm including 1 hour lunch break from Saturday to Thursday
∎ Colleagues should be highly motivated, energetic, committed, analytical, strategic minded and a proactive communicator
∎ Strong negotiation and influencing skills
∎ Colleague should have good understanding of company's values and goals.
∎ Colleagues should adhere to companies HR and Admin policies such as Leave, Office Timing, Confidentiality, Anti-corruption, Dress Codes etc
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may be negotiable if candidate has excellent academic or experience record.
