Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Business/Economics or B.Sc. (EEE) with MBA, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project proposals and bid documents;
∎ Develop concept notes, research papers, policy briefs, and presentations;
∎ Research & draft articles, write-ups, case studies, and project reports;
∎ Support project team to oversee communications, logistics, operations and finance during the project implementation phase;
∎ Conduct meeting with stakeholders, facilitate partnerships, on-site visits, conduct surveys, update clients on progress and present deliverables;
∎ Travel extensively within Bangladesh and abroad as per requirement of project;
∎ Ensure that projects are delivered timely, within scope and budget;
∎ Leverage existing relationships and develop new contacts within the industry and related stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in the field of advisory / research, preferably in the consulting industry;
∎ Proficient in using MS Office;
∎ Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English along with ability to speak persuasively for presenting ideas clearly;
∎ Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with stakeholders.

Salary:
∎ BDT 81,414 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
