Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform roster duties for 24/7 ISP Customer Care to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Monitor all network infrastructure and priority client connections.
- Address client complaints through phone, email, or chat while maintaining professional communication skills.
- Resolve client connectivity issues over the phone or, when necessary, coordinate with various internal teams.
- Collaborate with field teams and other technical departments to provide solutions for clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-quality support services.
- Make sure services are delivered on time and follow operational standards.
- Prepare and send daily and monthly reports to clients.
- Perform shift duties, including day, evening, and night shifts along with govt holidays.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
