• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,ISP

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Strong skills in coordination, communication, and organization.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of IT and network systems, service documentation, and reporting tools.
• Dedicated to continuous improvement and high-quality service.
• Skilled in engaging stakeholders and maintaining good relationships.

• Perform roster duties for 24/7 ISP Customer Care to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Monitor all network infrastructure and priority client connections.
• Address client complaints through phone, email, or chat while maintaining professional communication skills.
• Resolve client connectivity issues over the phone or, when necessary, coordinate with various internal teams.
• Collaborate with field teams and other technical departments to provide solutions for clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-quality support services.
• Make sure services are delivered on time and follow operational standards.
• Prepare and send daily and monthly reports to clients.
• Perform shift duties, including day, evening, and night shifts along with govt holidays.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
