Experience:
Perform roster duties for 24/7 ISP Customer Care to maintain the highest quality standards.
Monitor all network infrastructure and priority client connections.
Address client complaints through phone, email, or chat while maintaining professional communication skills.
Resolve client connectivity issues over the phone or, when necessary, coordinate with various internal teams.
Collaborate with field teams and other technical departments to provide solutions for clients.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-quality support services.
Make sure services are delivered on time and follow operational standards.
Prepare and send daily and monthly reports to clients.
Perform shift duties, including day, evening, and night shifts along with govt holidays.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
