Job Context:
∎ Must be able to join from 1st July`21.
∎ We are looking for an experienced App Developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of Android and iPhone apps and join with 3DEVs in short notice. The developer will lead the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support.
∎ Job Location - Navana Zahura Square (Flat-D9), 28, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Banglamotor, Dhaka-1205
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/Maintain new/existing Android & IOS Application
∎ Developing new Android/IOS apps using Native. Flutter, React Native framework.
∎ Working closely with another Software developer leading the other platform development
∎ Deliver across the entire app life cycle -concept, wireframe, SRS, Technical presentation, technical documentations, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, build manual and support
∎ Turning UI/UX designs into working, high quality code.
∎ Write clear, maintainable and testable code that you are proud of.
∎ Evaluating new tech, and determining whether it might benefit our end-user experiences and development efficiency.
∎ Familiarity with native build tools like XCode and Android Studio.
∎ Familiarity with Firebase Real-time Database, Fire store Database, Analytics, Push Notification.
∎ Experience with Flutter Widgets, Animation, UI Design.
∎ Experience with consuming REST APIs.
∎ Be proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Git.
∎ Participate in client meeting
∎ Optimizing performance for the apps
∎ Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
∎ Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Communication skill, Flutter, Manage Project, native android, React Native
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ JavaScript(ES6+),Express.js, ,REST API, Mongo DB, MYSQL
∎ Socket.Io (Deep knowledge how it works)
∎ React.js(Functional Component, hooks use), Redux.js

∎ Strong Dart proficiency.
∎ Strong knowledge on developing native Android Application
∎ Strong knowledge on local database (SQLite, Shared Preferences etc.)
∎ Working experience with Google Map API
∎ Strong knowledge with best security practices
∎ Strong knowledge of integrating third party API's
∎ Efficiency with Jetpack libraries as well as popular library like Retrofit, Glide etc.
∎ Working experience with integrating Local/International Payment Gateway, SMS API, Face
∎ Strong Object-Oriented Programming and efficiency with JAVA/Kotlin/Swift.
∎ Thorough understanding of Flutter and core components: StatelessWidgets, StatefulWidgets StreamBuilders.
∎ Solid understanding of Bloc pattern.
∎ Experience of developing both ONLINE/OFFLINE application.
∎ Experience shipping Flutter apps to the Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
∎ Experience with code versioning tools and platforms (git, GitHub, etc.)
∎ Experience with modern auth protocols, such as OAuth2 and JWT.
∎ Experience writing SOLID, DRY code.
∎ Experience architecting and implementing state management in a fully featured user-centric application.
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into working technical solutions.
∎ Ability to collaborate with other software engineering teams at 3DEVs IT Ltd.
∎ Knowledge on Web Development using PHP.
∎ Familiarity with Laravel PHP framework.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
