• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology/ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Proven experience in merchandising, particularly within the woven fabric and garment industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in a factory environment and collaborate with production staff.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant merchandising software.

• Regularly communicate with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of products.

• Work closely with the factory team to oversee production processes and ensure product quality meets company standards.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of woven fabrics and garments to assist in product development and quality assurance.

• Effectively communicate in both Bangla and English to bridge language barriers with international clients and suppliers.

• Manage orders from inception to completion, ensuring all client specifications and deadlines are met.

• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the production process promptly and efficiently.
