Experienced in marketing & merchandising of any reputed trading house will be given preference.
Experience with Latin American Buyer will be given preference.
Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali.
Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Do costing & attend buyer meeting to ensure maximize business volume.
Source new supplier and do negotiation for competitive price and delivery schedule.
Ensure in house raw materials as per agreed T&A Plan and to follow up production on a daily basis.
Follow up with planning / production / commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
Lead a team of merchandisers to handle multiple accounts at a time.
Communicate and correspond with internal and external stakeholders including buyers and suppliers.
