Experience:

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacture and Technology

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 45 years

• Should have good relation with different Garments/Buying House for order sourcing.

• Should have good connection with Brand Buyers, Kontoor Brands Ltd/VF sourcing

• Should have experience in Marketing / Merchandising in big woven Garments Factories.

• Must have good linkage/relationship with foreign buyers / buying houses.

• Should be proficient in English.

• Experienced with kontoor Barands Ltd/VF sourcing will be given preference.

• Experienced working with renowned brands ie, H&M, Levis, Gap, VF, Next, Inditex, OVS, Best Seller, Walmart, Marks and Spencer etc.

• Should be able in sourcing new orders as per production capacity of the factory.

• Capable to develop new business with Buyers.

• Follow up all product development related issue of the Buyers/Brands

• Payments follow up and ensure the payment of suppliers as well as master L/C.

• Should be able to take full responsibility of marketing of a large woven garments factory.
