• Follow up an order from product development to shipment.

• Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.

• Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.

• Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.

• Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on-time shipping of the goods.

• Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.

• To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.

• Carry out quality assurance programs on supplier and production units and take the necessary initiative to avoid quality failure at the initial level of operations.

• Setting KPI for the department as well as on-time shipment plan also. Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter-departmental activities.

• Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur.

• Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.

• Ability to work under pressure.
