Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up an order from product development to shipment.
Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.
Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.
Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on-time shipping of the goods.
Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.
To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.
Carry out quality assurance programs on supplier and production units and take the necessary initiative to avoid quality failure at the initial level of operations.
Setting KPI for the department as well as on-time shipment plan also. Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter-departmental activities.
Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur.
Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
Ability to work under pressure.
