Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute product displays to align with company guidelines and seasonal trends.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
∎ Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to optimize product placement.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
∎ Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met.
∎ Work with suppliers and vendors to source products and negotiate pricing.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
