Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate every aspect of the Merchandising department.
∎ Follow-up orders with vendors, customers & internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Settle all claims with buyers & suppliers and check all the P/I's for bb L/C before proceeding with commercial dept.
∎ Analyze and sort out all possible problems by discussing with vendors and the technical team
∎ Explore new sources/ opportunities at all times.
∎ Follow up all sampling
∎ Taking order clarification from the buyer and proceeding accordingly
∎ Maintain a good relationship with suppliers & factory
∎ Responsible for on-time PCD
∎ Responsible for various monthly reporting and variance analyses.
∎ Perform other duties as required.
