Additional Requirements:
A minimum of 3-4 years of job experience is required as a Merchandiser for Matalan customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Taking order clarification from the buyer and proceeding accordingly.
Arranging all sampling approval from the buyer and passing that to the concerned Factories.
Making PPT of monthly New orders.
Analyze and sort out all possible problems by discussing with vendors and the technical team .
Collect feedback from the buyer and ensure all possible solutions and make preventive action plans.
Sending Po’s to the concerned factory and updating the Master Order Tracking Chart accordingly.
Making Sales Contracts & sending to the factory.
Follow up all sampling.
Making each style production File with the approved paper pattern, technical notes, approved samples, trim cards, and bulk shades for the QA Team.
Perform other duties as required.
