Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, design and implement project plans in line with company standards, ensuring cost-effective delivery within set time frames and key milestones.
∎ Lead project execution from start to handover, coordinating with stakeholders to monitor timelines and budgets while ensuring deliverables are met smoothly.
∎ Serve as the main liaison for the project, coordinating across departments to communicate objectives, timelines, and risks while ensuring deliverables meet the agreed scope and quality.
∎ Identify project risks and implement a mitigation plan, escalating critical issues to stakeholders for timely resolution.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient task execution, clear communication of goals and timelines, and a customer-focused, results-driven approach for successful project delivery.
∎ Implement systems to track project success through KPIs and milestones, and share progress reports and insights with senior leadership and stakeholders.
∎ Develop integration strategies to ensure smooth team collaboration while proposing improvements to enhance overall project success.
