B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all production machinery and utility systems.

• Ensure immediate response to equipment breakdowns and drive effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime and production disruption.

• Implement and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and extend machine life.

• Oversee inspection, servicing, calibration, alignment, and replacement of critical machine components to maintain optimal operational performance.

• Monitor and maintain utility systems, including steam, condensate, PID, and PRV lines, to ensure efficiency and reduce energy loss.

• Analyze machine performance and breakdown trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation, work order control, breakdown reporting, and timely updates in the Oracle system.

• Manage spare parts planning, inventory control, technical specification review, and requisition processes to ensure availability of critical maintenance items.

• Enforce compliance with safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work procedures, and housekeeping requirements in all maintenance activities.

• Plan and lead annual shutdown maintenance, major overhauling, team supervision, technical development, and budget control to support operational and business objectives.
