Job Responsibilities:
∎ Everyday sales order posting as per customer demands & confirmation of marketing person.
∎ Maintain & keep proper filing, records and information
∎ Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output
∎ Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
∎ Communicate with the factory and sales concern person
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) experience in Data Entry Operation
∎ Good command on MS-Office
∎ Experienced on the data entry and data analysis
∎ Willing to visit factory area
