B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or any other engineering discipline from a reputed university.

• Execute daily production plans in line with approved schedules and customer requirements.

• Supervise corrugated carton manufacturing processes including corrugation, printing, die-cutting, pasting, and stitching operations.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters (speed, pressure, temperature) to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine troubleshooting, breakdown resolution, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Inspect product quality including corrugated sheets, printing alignment, and carton dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Identify and address product defects by implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.

• Assist in production planning including machine allocation, shift scheduling, and manpower deployment.

• Monitor production output, machine downtime, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and optimize efficiency.

• Supervise production personnel to ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, safe machine operation, and proper use of safety equipment.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, operational records, and documentation for performance monitoring and analysis.
