Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for the assigned area.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective action when required.
Ensure product availability and proper stock management across the territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
Ensure proper execution of trade policies and pricing.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Implement strategies to increase market share.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
Track KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management.
Analyze sales data to improve performance.
