Additional Requirements:

Minimum 5-6 years background in retail industry with 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy Sales with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulatory requirements, and inventory management.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

Those with a pharmacy background will get preference.

Strong customer service orientation, excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in store management software and MS Office Suite.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.

  • Ensure the pharmacy meets sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase revenue, and enhance the customer experience.

  • Monitor and control expenses, pilferage, and damage.

  • Ensure full compliance with local pharmacy laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records, including prescriptions, invoices, and stock levels.

  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Minimize expired and slow-moving stock through effective stock rotation and demand forecasting.

  • Conduct regular stock audits to prevent pilferage and discrepancies.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • Build relationships with local healthcare providers, doctors, and clinics to drive business growth.

  • Recruit, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and sales personnel.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs & foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff motivation and retention.

  • Implement store-level promotions and marketing initiatives & analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.
