Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business policies and strategies.
∎ Set overall business targets, team targets and monitor achievements.
∎ Manage term loan and lease portfolios.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Expand network and establish company brand among customers, financial service providers and regulators to ensure business growth.
∎ Take initiatives to establish long term profitable relationships with customers.
∎ Manage team to achieve targets.
∎ Monitor payment behavior; take all necessary means to reduce overdue accounts.
