• Age 45 to 55 years

• Higher degree or professional education in Economics, Accounting, Banking, Management or Business Administration will be added as additional qualification.

• No third class or division in any of the educational level.

• The job requires the qualities of overall leadership with a vision for transforming the Company more sustainable in terms of securing the interest of the stakeholders;      

• Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy;        

• Organizing, planning, supervising and executing the operational activities of the Company and achieving the target set by the Company’s Board of Directors;       

• Monitoring, supervising and providing guidance to the Management Team of the Company;       

• Ensure that the Company is run on sound commercial and professional principles and that its defined corporate objectives are pursued;       

• Ensure that the Company’s financial viability and cost structure are regularly analysed and appropriate measures are undertaken to monitor and reduce costs in relation to the Company’s operations and service provided;       

• Oversee all the risks attached to the Company’s activities, including investment, loans, overdrafts;

• Evaluating and monitoring inter-company activities regularly and properly;

• Make sure that assets of the Company are properly surveyed, registered, recorded, valued and certificates thereof are obtained and kept;        

• Ensure assets of the Company are properly utilized and safe guarded;        

• Ensure Central Bank requirements are fulfilled at all times and the Company retains its operating license from the Central Bank;  

• Developing and maintaining organizational culture, including its values, the reputation in the market while taking into account the various stakeholders;      

• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director and Board of Directors as and when necessary.
