At least 8 years` experience in IT Sector with minimum 3 years` experience in Bank/Financial Institution.

Roles and Responsibilities for “Manager/Deputy Manager – Information Technology”:
- Lead and manage the IT department and provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of an innovative IT strategy.
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and end-users.
- Knowledge of CBS, systems integrations with different platforms and 3rd party service providers to ensure future technology scale up.
- Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements, external and internal audits.
- Supervise and manage servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment. Maintain the database, web server, mail server, etc.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
- Identify and report on risk, including compliance, to initiate corrective action and meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Implement an effective cybersecurity culture throughout the organization.
- Manage financial aspects of the IT Division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
- Lead and implement future electronic systems projects.
- Introduce the IT Disaster Recovery Site and coordinate testing and reporting of data backup restorations.
- Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements. Manage communication infrastructure and development plans, projects, policies, and procedures.
