Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in business discipline from any reputed Public/Private University with good academic track record having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the educational records.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banks & Financial, Experience in Banking and NBFI sector

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to maintain healthy assets of the Company.
∎ Supervise, monitor and administer activities of credit risk management department.
∎ Implement of Credit Risk Policy approved by the Board of Directors.
∎ Monitoring credit risk and ensure compliance with limits approved by the board.
∎ Analysis of all type of credit proposals i.e new, renewal, restructuring, enhancement etc received from Marketing Department and place before the credit committee with recommendation in line with the credit policy of the Company.
∎ Ensure that the credit proposal has been duly analyzed as well as recommended by the Marketing Department/Branches in conformity with the Credit policy, guidelines and credit norms of the Company and Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Ensure that all necessary rules, regulations & circulars have been complied while processing any proposal.
∎ Managing total credit risk management and administration, which encompasses credit risk assessment, approval process and supervising the credit team at Head Office level.
∎ Build and maintain close cross-functional working relationships across the business to ensure that Risk Management Principles are understood and incorporated into plans and ensure effective credit risk management process.
∎ Develop and monitor the Credit Reporting & Monitoring framework which meets the requirements of various external & internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Credit Risk reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (five) years of experience in Bank or Non Banking Financial Institution (NBFI)
Salary: Negotiable
