∎ JOB PURPOSE: To ensure sustainable access to improved (safe) drinking water and hygienic latrine through social enterprise model in hard to reach areas
∎ leading a diverse workforce at different levels by meeting progress indicators and ensure effective service delivery in the rural areas of Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop operational strategy for WASH in Schools project to ensure smooth operation and ensure timely completion of various programme activities in line with the work plan.
∎ Review narrative proposal and financial proposal of the next phases of the project
∎ Ensure quarterly reports, annual report, monitoring reports are shared with donor
∎ Conduct field visit and identify problems of field operations and find the way of solution
∎ Review monthly programme performance and provide feedback to Divisional Managers, Area Supervisors, POs, FOs, Manager, Technical, Dty. Manager, Technical, TOs and Asst. TOs to improve the performances.
∎ Disseminate decision to the field management taken in the head office
∎ Conduct quarterly meeting with Divisional Managers, Area Supervisors, POs, FOs, Manager, Technical, Dty. Manager, Technical, TOs and Asst. TOs
∎ Develop staff capacity through coaching, meeting, field visit and individual contact
∎ Assess staff's PMS evaluation form to evaluate the project outcome
∎ Ensure financial control of WASH in Schools project by following BRAC policy and guideline.
∎ Facilitate internal and external audit and facilitate reports for NGO Bureau for fund release
∎ Assist Programme Head (WASH) in preparing reports and other programmatic and management issues as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
