Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
∎ Improving production management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
∎ Contribute towards the achievement of Consumer & Engineering Plastics' strategic and operational objectives
∎ Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
∎ Monitor production to resolve issues
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
∎ Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
∎ Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards
∎ Enforce health and safety precautions
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of proven experience in injection molding production, or similar managerial role
∎ Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
∎ Leadership and organizational skills
∎ Ready to accept any challenge
