Experience:
Competence in analysis & design software such as Staad Pro, ETABS, SAP, etc.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures including frames, trusses, bridges, platforms, silos, tanks and supporting systems.
Conduct design checks for load combinations, stability, deflection and connection details.
Develop design calculations, drawings, design reports and specifications using relevant codes (e.g., AISC, BNBC).
Review fabrication, erection and construction drawings in coordination with the drafting team.
Prepare Bill of Quantities, cost estimation and materials requisition.
Collaborate with architects, civil, and mechanical engineers to ensure design compatibility and constructability.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and CAD detailers.
Review material specifications and drawings submitted by clients or consultants.
Participate in site inspections to verify that construction complies with design intent.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Support project planning, cost estimation, and technical documentation as needed.
Participate in technical meeting with clients, stakeholders and consultants.
Coordinate with sales, production and erection teams. Provide technical support and guidelines to them.
