∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing Management,Buyer Handling,Yarn Manufacturing
∎ Skills Required: Direct buyer handling, Good Computer Skills, Marketing

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for candidates who have work experience with the direct buyers of dyed yarn (cone and hanks section) and can develop or bring the direct buyer to the current company portfolio.
∎ In addition, should be able to bring bulk order directly from those buyers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target as per projection (Cone dyeing yarn) and work on it to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Must be able to build relationship with master buyers such as H&M, ZARA, INDITEX, etc.
∎ Visit client office for business development, negotiation & claim settlement purpose.
∎ Increase sales volume by adding new clients and increase repeat orders from existing customers.
∎ Monitor team and their target vs achievement status, movement, and customer communication.
∎ Identify and solve the issues of customer dissatisfaction.
∎ Analyze the industry regularly to expand the market share.
∎ Maintain proper documentation & end to end follow-up to ensure projected growth.
∎ Coordinate with factory regarding production schedule follow-up and ensure proper delivery.
∎ Monitoring commercial and payment-related issues of different clients.
∎ Customer claim settlement & Quality issue solve.
∎ Follow-up Delivery schedule with the factory.
∎ Able to handle several buyers at a time.
∎ To correspond with buyers & fulfill their requirement.
∎ Confirm all raw materials to be in-house before bulk production.
∎ To communicate with suppliers, production, buyers and other related concern department in order to get finished product in-house within the required period.
∎ To prepare price quotations for new orders based on cost.
∎ To follow up with the commercial department to ensure all back-to-back LC for yarn and related materials are done in due time and follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure delivery on time.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management.
