Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be Masters/Bachelors from CSE background. However, MBA with Professional degree in Information Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure availability of IT Systems & Infrastructure at agreed performance level to ensure regular operation within ACME.
∎ Supervise Disaster Recovery Planning & Data Security to ensure proper storage and restoration of the information in case of disaster to ensure business continuity.
∎ Ensure availability of all Data (Daily/Weekly/monthly) & provide information to users.
∎ Provide effective support to IT Users in ACME as and when required to ensure smooth internal IT system management.
∎ Manage and maintain rapport with IT Suppliers to avail services and support from them within agreed time and quality to ensure satisfaction among the internal customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of IT experience in reputed local/multinational organization (preferably pharmaceutical) among which 5 years of Managerial experience is desired.
∎ Professionals having hands on experience of leading and managing overall IT infrastructure unit or team, managing multiple Database Server, Application Server, Corporate Email Service, Network Infrastructure & DC/DR sites etc. are encouraged to apply. Good expertise and sound knowledge over ISO 9001 guidelines, WHO cGMP, UKMHRA, US-FDA and other relevant global regulations is also expected.
∎ Age limit is up to 45 (forty five) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
