Knowledse of f CP/lP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP.
Knowledge of 5lP, RTP, H.323, and other VolP.
Knowledge of domestic and international call center.
Knowledge of Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
ADN Telecom Limited, a premier provider of ISP, MPLS, IPLC, and IP Telephony services in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Manager – IPT and VAS to join our team. This position is responsible- for smooth IPT Core Operations as well as ensure client service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Core IPT system design.
Core security measurement.
ICXs connectivity planning.
Service delivery plan.
Support matrix design.
(QoS) for traffic monitoring design.
Technical correspondence with MNO, ICX, IGW.
Managing Voice System and ensuring up time.
Managing SMS System and ensuring up time.
Monitoring AAA authentication.
ICXs redundancy and load sharing.
Maintaining SAF, eSAF, bSAF, and legal document.
Implement security measures for core systems.
Implement security measures for client systems.
Collaborate with NOC, Business, and other teams.
Attributes:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and web development Strong knowledge of Python (Flask or Django).
Solid experience in PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
Experience with Git version control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with React.js or Vue.js
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Chatbot development
Knowledge of Linux environments
