∎ Lead production planning to ensure cost-effective and timely execution of operations.
∎ Optimize costing processes to improve margins while maintaining product quality.
∎ Develop and implement efficient layouts and balance workloads across production lines.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks in pre-production (PP) meetings and mitigate them effectively.
∎ Drive process improvements using GSD, Lean Manufacturing, EOS, and CPM methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Analyze KPIs, monitor outputs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Ensure production-friendly sample methods, accurate SMV calculations, and improved workflows.
∎ Oversee operator skill assessments, maintain skill matrices, and align compensation strategies with performance.
