∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Experience related to IE/Operations/Production/Quality Assurance/Technical sectors will be given preference.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali (both verbal and written);
∎ Leadership & relationship management;
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
∎ Strong inter-personal skills;
∎ Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease;
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Be able to cope with pressure;
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of a knit garment’s factory;
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the factory;
∎ Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment;
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standard;
∎ Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions;
∎ Making strategic decision with necessary information and analysis related to capacity, product category and production performance Coordinate with IE department to ensure preparation with machine, attachment and manpower requirements based on production schedules.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
∎ Ensuring concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain;
∎ Managing cost effectiveness and sustainable operations in the factory;
∎ Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain;
∎ Ensuring that the production chains are well maintained during the audits of the different buyers;
∎ Ensuring that different operational reports have reached top management in time;
∎ Ensuring active participation in handling the administrative issues of the factory;
∎ Ensuring commitment to environment, health, safety and security inside the factory;
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management;
