Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position holder will be the Head of Fabric Quality Department. He will be responsible to ensure quality of all Warp Knit, Synthetic and knit Fabric products in every steps of production i.e. WKD, Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing etc.
∎ The ideal candidate should be able to find out defects in all the Fabric making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the Fabrics are minimized.
∎ Must have the capacity to handle 35-45 tons of fabric per day (The factory is producing of Synthetic, Warp Knit and Knit Fabrics).
∎ To maintain the quality of fabric, inspection and external technical inspection must comply with the internal QA policy and buyer's guidelines.
∎ Analyze daily inspection report to identify source of quality problem & take necessary steps to reduce also improve future results.
∎ Follow up 4 point fabric inspection system, Shade & fabric test report analysis.
∎ Provide shade approval for the bulk fabric.
∎ Involvement in sample development & take care of quality aspects of sample fabric.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, RND& QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ The candidate should have expertise to train the Fabric Quality Team members & should be able to guide them to get desired effective result.
∎ Candidates who worked in Knit Fabric Quality Control & Assurance arena in the capacity of Sr. Manager/ Head of Fabric Quality are only requested to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have good experience on Knit, Warp Knit and synthetic fabrics.
