data edge limited is seeking a highly experienced and strategic technology practitioner to oversee and lead our teams responsible for enterprise network, endpoint solutions, cybersecurity, and Certification Authority (CA) operations. This role demands a forward-thinking professional capable of ensuring enterprise resilience, digital initiatives, compliance, leading our business goals in providing cutting edge solutions to our clients, enrich our technology services and uphold our position as a leading national CA.

The ideal candidate will play a mission-critical role both for our clients and our own enterprise, and contribute their skills and experience aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Network Management:

• Take charge of relevant projects, solutions, deployments, and ensure top class support services.

• Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and management of enterprise-wide network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, Data Center, VPN, SD-WAN, Cloud and Virtualization technologies, etc ).

• Plan and Ensure maximum network availability, scalability, redundancy, and performance across all business units.

• Oversee network architecture modernization, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Plan and Manage firewalls, routers, switches, IDS/IPS, load balancers, and network access controls.

Cybersecurity roles:

• Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategies, policies, and frameworks.

• Help clients with Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar functions including threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.

• Work with compliance with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, or equivalent frameworks.

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and business continuity planning.

• Drive endpoint security, SIEM, DLP, IAM, and Zero Trust initiatives.

CA (Certification Authority) Operations:

• Plan and Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, digital signatures, and CA governance.

• Oversee issuance, renewal, revocation, and compliance of digital certificates.

• Ensure operational integrity and security of CA systems and cryptographic controls.

• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and audit teams for CA compliance.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams across network and security domains.

• Collaborate with clients, executive leadership on technology, governance, risk, and innovation strategies.

• Prepare and manage team's budgets, perform vendor negotiations, and ensure correct procurement.

• Ensure 24/7 mission-critical operational readiness.
