∎ Contract length: Up to April 30, 2020 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent) Remuneration Package: Competitive Base Pay With Fringe Benefits (Health and Group Life Insurance + Bonus+ Leaves Entitlements + Housing Allowance + Gratuity) As per IRC National Pay Scale in Bangladesh.
∎ The main purpose of this role is to lead the quality implementation of DFID funded education project for Rohingya children at camps with all necessary compliances. S/he will responsible for project management; team management; internal and external liaison; donor reporting. In addition, the role will support the Education Coordinator to maintain working relationship with Education cluster and all other relevant stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop 'Project Management Tool (PMT)' with the guidance form Education coordinator
∎ Ensure quality implementation of all project activities according to PMT
∎ Ensure overall budget management and accurate expenditure posting is BvA system
∎ Ensure budget tracking and develop alternative plan to ensure standard burn rate
∎ Ensure compliance and policies (both IRC and donor) for all types of expenditure
∎ Line management of project's staff and team building for project's success
∎ Ensure age appropriate teaching-learning materials for children and child centric teaching-learning approach at centers
∎ Quality assurance for capacity building initiatives for project staffs and community volunteers
∎ Develop monitoring and evaluation plan with the support from M&E manager; ensure monitoring and evaluation as per plan
∎ Develop visibility plan and successful implementation in collaboration with Communication team.
∎ Liaise and collaborate with relevant local authorities and other key stakeholders (e.g. CiC, site management, education focal, education cluster)
∎ Develop and ensure FD-7 submission and completion report on time with the guidance from Education coordinator
∎ Ensure necessary data collection for monitoring and evaluation in collaboration with MEAL team
∎ Ensure monthly progress report; donor report and other project relevant report
∎ Support Education Coordinator for any kind of project related reports
∎ Coordinate donor visit; internal and external visits at project location
∎ Ensure learning and knowledge management products with the guidance from Education coordinator in collaboration with MEAL and Communication team
∎ Contribute to the delivery of an appropriate and timely response
∎ Takes initiative to document and disseminate good practices and lessons learned in the context of education in emergencies
∎ Keeps document, resources, tracking updated
∎ Expand or write SOPs as needed
∎ Remains available for any additional tasks required by Education team which are relevant to the project
∎ Any other responsibilities that is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in education project management, especially EiE project
∎ Demonstrated capacity to analyze data/statistics for humanitarian operations
∎ Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Access and database software, including in depth knowledge of pivot table/chart and data analysis
∎ Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with minimum support from the team
∎ Familiarity and sensitivity with the Rohingya context: language, customs, etc.
∎ Willingness to work in an environment with limited resources and in difficult situations
∎ Having ability to remain productive under difficult and high stressed situations
∎ Ability on prioritization, respects and adheres to deadlines
∎ Proficiency in English
