• Since 2017, IRC has supported Rohingya Refugees and Bangladeshi nationalities communities in Cox's Bazar, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong with integrated services. The organization also addresses climate change impacts by building resilience and promoting economic recovery, education, and protection.

Purpose

• The IRC Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the IRC’s Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) activities in the Rohingya Refugee Camp, Cox’s Bazar. Clinical Supervisor will ensure good quality and continuity of primary health care services from the respective facility to clients/communities.

• The Clinical Supervisor will assist the Senior Health Manager to oversee the facility and staff’s daily performance to ensure a high level of ethical and professional standards. Clinical Supervisor will take charge of the PHCC team including the provision of high-quality emergency and primary healthcare services to the local catchment populations.
