Responsibilities & Context:
● Provide primary medical care, consultation, and first aid services to all employees.
● Diagnose and treat occupational injuries and illnesses, and ensure proper follow-up.
● Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and routine health check-ups for employees.
● Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
● Advise management on workplace health and safety issues, and recommend preventive measures.
● Implement and manage health promotion and disease prevention programs for the workforce.
● Coordinate with external hospitals, clinics, and specialists for advanced medical care or referrals.
● Ensure the medical clinic is well-stocked with essential medicines, equipment, and supplies.
● Supervise the activities of paramedical staff, if any, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
● Prepare comprehensive medical reports on employee health status, clinic activities, and incidents.
● Respond promptly and effectively to all medical emergencies within the premises.
● Conduct regular health and hygiene awareness sessions for employees.
● Ensure strict adherence to all national health regulations and company medical protocols.
● Provide counseling and support to employees on various health-related concerns.
● Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, providing medical insights for prevention.
● Collaborate with HR and management to foster a healthy and safe working environment.
