Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing or related discipline.

• Specialized OT training or certification will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in OT management in a reputed hospital or clinic.

• Practical experience in assisting surgeons and handling surgical procedures is essential.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain team discipline under pressure.

• Only female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise and manage all activities of the Operation Theatre (OT).

• Assist surgeons during operations and ensure smooth coordination between surgical, nursing, and anesthesia teams.

• Prepare and maintain OT schedules and staff duty rosters.

• Ensure proper sterilization, cleanliness, and readiness of OT instruments and equipment before every surgery.

• Maintain accurate OT documentation and patient records.

• Monitor and enforce infection control and safety protocols.

• Manage OT inventory, requisition instruments, medicines, and consumables as needed.

• Train, guide, and evaluate OT staff for efficient performance and discipline.
