- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain team discipline under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all activities of the Operation Theatre (OT).
Assist surgeons during operations and ensure smooth coordination between surgical, nursing, and anesthesia teams.
Prepare and maintain OT schedules and staff duty rosters.
Ensure proper sterilization, cleanliness, and readiness of OT instruments and equipment before every surgery.
Maintain accurate OT documentation and patient records.
Monitor and enforce infection control and safety protocols.
Manage OT inventory, requisition instruments, medicines, and consumables as needed.
Train, guide, and evaluate OT staff for efficient performance and discipline.
