Responsibilities & Context:

Supervision and Oversight

1. Monitor and guide trainee therapists during shadow sessions, ensuring adherence to behaviour intervention plans.

2. Conduct bi-weekly fidelity and integrity checks to maintain treatment quality and consistency.

3. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to therapists to foster skill development.

Data Analysis and Reporting

1. Oversee accurate and detailed data collection during therapy sessions.

2. Ensure timely and thorough completion of all session documentation and incident reports. (master list, client Information (about me), fidelity audits)

Session Quality and Preparedness

1. Review session goals and materials in advance to ensure optimal preparation.

2. Create and maintain an engaging, safe, and organized therapy environment.

3. Verify that data collection tools and session materials are accessible and ready for use.

Leadership and Professional Conduct

1. Model professionalism, punctuality, and ethical behavior for the therapy team.

2. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders.

3. Address incidents or concerns promptly and in alignment with organizational protocols.

Operational Efficiency

1. Achieve high session completion rates and meet scheduling requirements.

2. Resolve operational challenges with proactive and innovative problem-solving.

3. Ensure that all administrative tasks and documentation are completed on time.

Training and Development

1. Actively participate in and contribute to training sessions and professional development opportunities.

2. Demonstrate mastery of clinical competencies and ABA techniques through ongoing learning.
