∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 5 years in injection molding, in plastic can production.
∎ Skills: Proficient in injection molding, equipment operation, maintenance, and report writing.
∎ Leadership: Strong ability to lead, train, and foster collaboration among staff.
∎ Physical: Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
∎ Work Environment: On-site, with occasional travel to suppliers or seminars.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop efficient molding processes and maintain SOPs.
∎ Choose materials, molds, and equipment for varied production needs.
∎ Install, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machinery.
∎ Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
∎ Implement quality controls; inspect for defects and ensure compliance.
∎ Work with QA to address issues and improve product quality.
∎ Analyze production metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Train staff on injection molding techniques and industry best practices.
∎ Enforce safety standards and perform risk assessments to ensure compliance.
