Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
∎ Regularly review production planning, processes for effectiveness.
∎ Conduct inspections for materials, in-process items, and final products.
∎ Document and maintain inspection records.
∎ Identify and resolve quality issues, working closely with production teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and support audits.
∎ Analyze quality data for improvement opportunities; lead quality enhancement initiatives.
∎ Maintain quality control records and produce reports for management.
∎ Communicate quality standards across teams; work with the marketing team on product quality matters.
