∎ Must have strong both written and verbal skills in English & Bangla

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle the entire team
∎ Supervising the department’s operations and activities
∎ Ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Getting work done from everyone in time
∎ To submit reports on time to the person responsible
∎ Ensuring timely submission of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting of all documents
∎ The ability to introduce new ideas and process to move the office forward
∎ Keeping an eye to each and every department what to need, how to improve, etc.
∎ Maintaining relationships with both physical and home office employees
∎ Checking the accuracy and reliability of the all records and reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Army officer will be prioritized,
∎ Experienced would be preferred but without experience, you are welcome to apply if you meet other requirements.
