Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising a department's operations and activities
∎ Reporting to the upper management on the department's progress
∎ Evaluating the productivity and performance of the activities of your own and your subordinates
∎ Cooperating with other department managers
∎ Inspiring and motivating your team, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and innovation, and encouraging ongoing learning and development.
∎ Able to communicate successfully with everyone in their department including clients and stakeholders.
∎ Handling contract management and negotiation, as well as data performance analysis to make the best business decisions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Experienced would be preferred but without experience, you are welcome to apply if you meet other requirements.
∎ Candidate must have computer literacy(Especially in Microsoft Office)
∎ To be updated with the latest technology
∎ Good communication or negotiation skills
∎ The mentality to work under pressure
∎ Should have a creative and innovative mindset
∎ Must have strong both written and verbal skills in English & Bangla
∎ Professional management skills
