Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering.

Skills Required: Computer Engineering,Computer Hardware and Networking,IT Support Service and Network engineering.,IT System Management,IT Troubleshooting,Software Development

Candidate should have the ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations, should be willing to work overtime beyond normally.
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
Responsibilities & Context:
A Multinational Hospital at Chittagong.
Troubleshooting-PC, Laptop-Hardware & Software.
Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.
Ensure Hospital Management software & ERP System running smoothly.
Maintain LAN, Broadband internet and other internet connectivity media.
Maintain Attendance system & proximity card machines and update new or outgoing employee’s cards to the system.
Maintain CCTV, NVR and IP Cameras and Surveillance Systems backup whenever necessary.
Installing, configuring and maintain different types of operating system(Windows, MacOS) and applications.
Installation and troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, photocopier, Scanner and relevant ICT gadgets and make replacement parts as and when requirement.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Providing technical support across the hospital.
Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required mind set for Night Shift Roaster Duty.
Per day 8 hours duty. 3 shifts work. After 15 days duty will change.
