∎ Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
∎ Functional competencies: Garment fitting, Pattern construction, production manufacturing, production machinery and quality knowledge.
∎ Patient and able to work under pressure. Positive attitude.
∎ Willing to travel & work at factories most of the time. Leverage the works with teammates in daily.
∎ Reasonable communication and negotiation Skill. Mature, responsible, and self-motivated.
∎ Driving for results, willing to take responsibility. Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
∎ Good leadership and teambuilding skills. Passionate about quality and customer focused.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position is based on Chittagong.
∎ Review samples to ensure that they meet product specifications, such as style, garment fitting, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and write sample comments.
∎ Sample & production knowledge in sweater is must;
∎ Experience on sweater product will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience evaluating sweater fit and pp samples, prepare evaluation for customers. Strong garment aesthetic feelings. Ability to give direction to the factories to make the samples with better aesthetic/nicer outlook.
∎ Ability to focus further production processes at the time of the sample development, able to give direction to factories to prepare production friendly samples by simplifying the construction/workmanship details if any possibility.
∎ Experience on handling US customer will be an added advantage.
∎ The position is based on Chittagong.
