Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide Field Technical Officer (FTO) in conducting gender-inclusive needs assessment for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
∎ Build market linkages, engage with customers, and provide business development support to enterprise owners.
∎ Conduct training to improve and enhance the productivity of MSME owners.
∎ Support MSME owners in creating a decent work environment in their workplace.
∎ Organise workshops at divisional and local levels with financial institutions to enhance financial accessibility.
∎ Take a leading role in building staff capacity to implement the various MSME related guidelines effectively.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per project requirements.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least two years’ managerial work experience preferably in developing capacities of MSME owners and aspirants. Professional qualifications in Entrepreneurship Development will get preference.
