Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented OEKO-TEX STANDARD Garments Accessories Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter.
∎ A well-reputed Garments Accessories factory (Main Products: Jacquard, Twill Tape , Elastic, Drawstring etc,) we are looking for a `Head of Sales & Marketing, who will look after all sales & Marketing related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales target. Those who are experienced only in the sales & marketing Dept. of a Garments Accessories factory are requested to apply ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge in handling various styles with the all accessories Item.
∎ Able to handle several buyers/styles at a time.
∎ To corresponds with buyer & fulfill their requirement
∎ To achieve sales target as assigned by the Management.
∎ To create new customers & develop business.
∎ To fix and monitor monthly sales targets according to production capacity.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Sales & Marketing Garments accessories.
∎ Merchandisers will get priority and benefits.
∎ Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be a hard worker and should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have the ability to achieve sales targets.
∎ Must have the ability to convince and handle customers.
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs.
