• Proven experience in a store/executive role, preferably in the woven garments industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain clear communication and coordination across departments.
• Must be detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Facility is currently seeking Store Executives for our well-reputed woven garments factory located in Sardagonj, Kashimpur, Gazipur. Candidates residing near the factory or willing to stay are highly encouraged to apply for ease of access and smoother operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and supervise day-to-day store operations effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data is updated in real-time.
• Prepare thoroughly always for both internal and external inventory audits.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth flow of store activities.
• Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
• Operate ERP systems and IT equipment efficiently.
