• with short notice incumbent should join and this is preferred.

Experience in the garments factory; particularly in production, IPE, and store operations.

Store:

• Conduct regular audits of raw material and finished goods inventory. Verify stock movement, physical balances, issuance records, and documentation. Monitor gate pass systems and material usage controls.

IPE, Planning:

• Verify line efficiency reports, production plans, and execution records. Audit IE documentation and analyze manpower utilization vs. actual output. Check accuracy of SMV/CM calculations and line layouts. Identify over-consumption, wastage, and process inefficiencies

Production:

• Perform audits of daily production reports, output sheets, and wastage records. Identify gaps between planned vs. actual production. Ensure adherence to production SOPs, line discipline, and quality documentation. Review OCR reports post-shipment to verify order-wise completion

Other Duties: Prepare detailed audit findings and submit reports to the department head and senior management. Support the implementation of internal controls and follow-up on corrective actions Participate in surprise checks and special assignments as directed by management.
