The primary focus of this role is managing Customs and Bond-related procedures. As a Commercial Executive, you will be responsible for the timely processing and renewal of Bond Licenses, maintaining and updating UD (Utilization Declaration) and UP (Utilization Permission), and managing the Bond Register (Register 6, 7, etc.) with high accuracy. You will also handle the documentation for the import of raw materials and the export of finished goods, ensuring all formalities with the Customs House and Bond Commissionerate are completed without delays. Coordinating with C&F agents and ensuring compliance with the latest government export-import policies will be part of your daily routine to ensure smooth factory operations.
To be successful in this role, you should be between 30 and 40 years of age and have 3 to 5 years of practical experience specifically in Customs Bond management within the garments industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work independently, solve complex documentation issues, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
